Operating Procedures for Books and Videos:

1. Borrower (s) shall have a limit of 2 books to borrow at a time, for two weeks.

2. Borrower (s) shall have a limit of 1 video to borrow at a time (a series of 2 can be included as 1 video) for 5 working days.

3. Confidentiality is of importance, to ensure there is no record of previous or current borrower (s) names shall not be recorded in book (s) or video (s).

4. Return date cards will be in all book and video pockets. The office will keep a record of who has books and videos. This is for record keeping only.
